9 x 200 Meter Run

9 x 300 Meter Row
Teams of 3! Team members will alternate order (no one working at same time) and complete 3 intervals of the following per round.

1. 3x200m sprint

2. 3x300m max effort row

If you are short on numbers, decrease the round intervals by 3 for each missing teammate.
