40 Cal Row, 40 Medball Squat Jumps
40 Cal Row, 40 Medball Walking Lunges
40 Cal Row, 40 Medball Sit-Ups
Teams of 2. Rx = 20/14. You may hold the ball however you prefer on the jumps. Medball sit-ups should be done foot to foot with partner. Split reps on all exercises as needed.
