EMOM 24:

Minute 1. Cal Row

Minute 2. Run

Minute 3. Burpee
For the calorie row and burpee minutes, complete 8-13 reps inside the minute. The run minute = 1-2 laps (whatever you can do) around the box, including the lifting deck. You must start the next exercise at the top of the minute!
