Odd – 14 Wall balls – 20/14#

Even – 14 KBS, Russian – 53/35#

2. EMOM 12:

Odd – 30 sec AMRAP – Row calories

Even – 30 sec AMRAP – Burpees

On a running clock, complete the two EMOMs. Odd and Even minutes each have different exercises. There is no break between each EMOM.

Score is each minute for EMOM #2 (Cal & Burpees)!

You may also choose to make up any workout from this past week! Ask coach for a warm-up.
