1: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 12:

3 Power Snatches (135,95)

6 Burpee Lateral Jumps

20 Double Unders
Rx+ = 155/105# & Bar Facing Burpees. Scales = 115/75 or 95/45.

Each partner must complete all 29 reps per round. You may break up snatches – each teammate should do all burpees and single/double-unders!

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 12:

12/10 Calorie Row

1 Rope Climb
First partner must complete an entire round before teammate 2 can begin!

Scales = 10/8 Calorie Row & 10 ft Climb. Or, 8/7 Calorie Row & 3 pull to stand/J-hook from seated position.
