Minute 1 – 200 Meter Run

Minute 2 – 13/10 Calorie Row

Minute 3 – 5 Power Cleans (135/95) + 30 Double-Unders
Alternating On-The-Minute for 21 minutes. If you cannot complete the work prescribed in a given minute, end that minute at the :45 mark and continue to the next minute. 200m = 3 laps of the black mats.
