CrossFit Acclaim’s Foundations class is for beginners or returning athletes that need some more time and instruction getting comfortable with all of our CrossFit movements.

Foundations spends a large portion of each individual class time focusing on instruction in the 9 foundational CrossFit movements, followed by shorter workouts designed to reinforce great movement standards and begin to condition the body for bigger demands.

The Foundations course cycles through instruction in the 9 foundational movements so participants can jump in at any time. There are 5 instructional templates that rotate in order so you can move through Foundations as fast or as slow as you want; simply complete one of each instructional session and you can move into the regular classes.

Did you complete one of each of the Foundations sessions but you still feel like you are not ready to jump in with the regular group? No problem; stay in foundations as long as you feel it’s necessary. And don’t worry about getting bored, while the instructional templates for each session remain the same, the workouts change each time to keep things new and exciting.

Foundations classes are M,W, F’s at 6pm and Saturdays at 8am. You must complete at least one of each session to move on to the regular classes. CrossFit Acclaim Foundations is 75.00 per month unlimited. You must contact us and schedule your first session, so pick up the phone or stop in today!
