Row the following intervals:
2000m Rest 3:00
1500m Rest 3:00
1000m Rest 3:00
500m Rest 3:00
(use preset rower program)

Or run with a partner:
Set stop watch for 10:00 minutes and run out from gym; at 10:00 minute mark, run back faster than you went out. Start timer on way back, fastest pair back wins (both people must finish for time to stop)
