Outside (if weather permits!)
Run 400
Walking Lunges
Walking knee hugs
Walking ankle grabs
High Knees
Heel Ups (Butt-Kicks)
Rotating Lateral Lunge

Turkish Get Up Review – Perform Turkish Get Up. Accumulate 6 total (3 sets), per arm. Increase load for each set of 2.

Metcon (Time)


Team Saturday! In teams of two, complete the following:

3 minutes of Rowing
Rest 2 Minutes
3 Minutes of Power Snatches (95/65 lbs)
Rest 2 Minutes
3 Minutes of Front Squats (95/65 lbs)
Rest 2 Minutes
3 Minutes of Burpee over Barbell
Rest 2 Minutes

Only one partner works at a time. Partition reps however you like. Each team member must row a minimum of 1 minute, however.
