Teams of 3 complete the following for time:
9×200 M RUN
150 PUSH PRESS 95/65
150 SDHP 95/65
150 PUSH PRESS 95/65
9X 200 M RUN

(Only one person working at a time; team members not working must hold 70/53 kettlebell at all times. 10 burpee penalty for setting down bell for all memebers at time bell touched floor.)
