2 push press 95/65 (elite muscle ups)

3 snatch 95/65 (135/95)

4 toes to bar

5 bar facing burpees

6 front squat 95/65 (elite pistols)

7 pull ups (elite c2b)

8 kb swings 44/35 (elite 70/53)

9 push ups

10 box jumps 24/20

11 wall balls 20/24 (elite 30/20)

12 overhead walking lunge 95/65 (elite squat clean 225/185)

Start with 1, then do 2, then back to 1,2, then 3, back to 1 and so on until complete like the song! Good luck! Bring a beer and replace your 12 round with 12 ounces of freedom.
