8 Hang Power Cleans

6 Push Press

4 Front Squats

2 Thrusters

Work your hook grip – Additional 5 burpee penalty if you set the bar down during a round!

Whoopie Pie (Time)

10-8-6-4-2 Clean and Jerk (135/95)

After each set, complete 2 Rounds:

5 Pull-Ups

10 Pushups

15 Air Squats
