Pausing Clean-Grip Deadlifts (2-2-2-2-2)

Pause for 2 seconds at each of the following positions – 2″ below the knee and mid-thigh.

Bulgarian Split Squats (6-6)

This is a rear foot, weighted, elevated split squat. 20″ box or flat bench with a kettle bell held in each hand.

Romanian Deadlift (20-20)

Performed with a soft lock in the knees and taken from the rack. Prevent flexion of the lower lumbar.
